
Gluten-free gingerbread
Dough
- 380 g Universal mix Liana
- 300 g powdered sugar
- 10-15 g of ground dried ginger
- ½ bag Salajka Liana
- 2 spoons of oil
- 3 eggs
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except Universal mix Liana , mix it gradually and make a thicker dough.
2. Transfer to a work mat sprinkled with powdered sugar, knead the dough a little more and roll out to 6 mm. Cut the ginger with a mold and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Let it dry for 10 hours.
3. Bake in a heated oven at 150°C for 15 minutes until pink.
4. To prevent them from sticking to the baking sheet, move them before and after baking.
