
Gluten-free liver gnocchi for soup
- 200 g of chicken roast
- clove of garlic
- 1 egg
- 100 g Universal mix Liana
To taste
- salt, ground pepper, parsley, marjoram
- oil for greasing
- Grind or finely chop the chicken breasts. We press down with a knife to make a mush out of them. Add the other ingredients to them and season. Mix well and let it stand until the water boils.
- Let the water boil in a larger pot. Pour the liver gnocchi into the boiling water through a gnocchi maker. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
- Remove from the water and let it drain. Drizzle with oil, stir to prevent sticking and serve with homemade broth.
