
Gluten-free marlenka balls
- 500 g gluten-free honey sheets
- 200 g condensed caramelized milk
- 100-130 g vegetable fat or butter
- 1 smaller PL med
For wrapping
- on finely chopped nuts
- Crush the honey sheets.
- Add butter, caramel sauce and honey. We will prepare the mass from which we will subsequently shape the balls.
- Wrap the marlenka balls in walnuts.
- Let it sit in the refrigerator and serve.
