
Gluten-free olive bread with ham
- 3 eggs
- 200 g Bread mix white Liana
- 100 g of hard cheese
- 100 ml of white wine
- 150 g of ham
- 100 ml olive oil
- a handful of olives
- 1 pc Liana baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of salt

- for sprinkling poppy blue Liana
- Beat the eggs with a whisk together with wine and oil. Mix grated cheese, Bread mix white and baking powder, salt and pepper. We mix a smooth dough, which we let rest for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the ham and olives into pieces. Mix them into the dough with a wooden spoon. Pour the dough into a silicone bread mold and smooth the surface with a spatula. Cut the top with a knife and decorate with olives and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- Bake in a heated oven at 220°C for 30-35 minutes.
