
Gluten-free pancakes
- 2 eggs
- 500 ml of milk
- 250 g cake mix Liana
- 2 pieces Liana vanillin sugar
- 15 g of yeast
- 2 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp salt
1. Add yeast, eggs, salt, vanillin sugar , cake mix and oil to lukewarm milk.
2. Mix with a whisk or electric mixer until smooth and let it stand for about 15 minutes. The batter must be thicker than for pancakes.
3. Heat up a frying pan and put a little oil in each cavity. We add oil for each pouring of dough.
4. Pour the batter and bake for approx. 2-3 minutes, not on high heat, so that they are cooked in the middle.
5. Turn and finish baking the other side.
6. We combine the fritters with jam and nuts, or just spread each individually with jam and decorate with whipped cream.
