
Gluten-free poppy - apple cubes
- 240 g Greek yogurt
- 150 g ground poppy seeds
- 100 g Cake mix Liana
- 80 g cane sugar
- 80 ml of oil
- 30 g ground hazelnuts
- 1 bag Cinnamon sugar Liana
- 3 apples
- 2 eggs
- powdered sugar for final sprinkling
- sheet with dimensions 20 x 30 cm
- Beat the eggs with cane and cinnamon sugar until foamy. Beat the yogurt and oil. In another bowl, mix nuts, cake mix, poppy seeds and add to the egg mixture. Finally, stir in the cleaned apples, roughly grated.
- Pour the dough onto a tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 35 minutes. Sprinkle the cooled cake with sugar.
