
Gluten-free potato lox
- 500 g of boiled potatoes
- 100-130 g Bakery mix Liana
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp salt
Next we need
- oil or melted butter for brushing
- We will cook the potatoes.
- Grate it finely, add salt, egg, part of the Bakery mix and make a firm dough. If the dough is sticky, sprinkle with Bakery mix.
- We will make a cylinder, which we will divide into 6 parts of 110 g each.
- Roll out each part into a thin pancake. We sprinkle the remaining part of the Bakery mix, which we did not use in the dough, so that it does not stick.
- Bake on a hot, dry pan from one side as well as from the other.
- Brush with melted butter or oil immediately after baking.
A good tip:
Lokše are excellent with stewed cabbage and meat or filled with roast, and those who like it can be sweetened with jam and poppy seeds.
