
Gluten-free pudding biscuits
- 125 g Cake mix Liana
- 125 g of butter
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 50 g Liana vanilla pudding
- 2 bags Liana vanillin sugar
- Cake mix Liana for sprinkling
- Mix the softened butter with powdered and vanillin sugar. Gradually add Cake mix mixed with vanilla pudding and make a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts. We roll out both of them into cylinders and cut 1.5 cm slices, which we crush with a fork. Transfer to a tray lined with baking paper. We place the cookies further apart, as they will puff up slightly during baking. Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for 7 minutes. Let the baked goods cool down and you can decorate, e.g. melted chocolate.
