
Gluten-free round apple pie
Dough
- 200 g Universal mix Liana or Cake mix Liana
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 90 g softened butter
- 1 bag Vanillin sugar Liana
- an egg
Apple filling
- 2 bags Liana cinnamon sugar
- 4 apples
Pudding filling
- 400 ml of milk
- 1 bag Golden cream Liana
- 3 spoons of sugar
- Mix the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and put it in the fridge.
- Clean and cut the apples into crescents. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Roll out the dough on a silicone mat or baking paper and transfer it to a round form.
- We will cook pudding from milk, golden cream and sugar. Pour the pudding onto the dough and place the apples on the pudding. Finally, sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
- Bake at 175°C for 30 minutes.
