
Gluten-free stuffed fritters
- 600 ml of milk
- ½ cube of yeast
- 1 KL granulated sugar
- 300 g Bakery mix Liana
- 1 bag Vanillin sugar Liana
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 5 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
- ¼ tsp salt
Next we need
- oil for greasing the pan
- nutella, jam and peanut butter for the filling
- powdered sugar for sprinkling
- Mix 100 ml of lukewarm milk, sugar and yeast in a bowl and let the yeast rise for about 10 minutes. In the second bowl, combine all the ingredients, prepared yeast and mix until smooth. If the dough is too stiff, add a little milk. Let it rise in the heat for about 30 minutes.
- Heat the pan, coat it with oil, spoon the dough into it, add jam or Nutella, or peanut butter, and cover with another spoonful of dough. Fry until golden on both sides.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
