
Gluten-free upside-down plum cake
Dough
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar (cup = 250 ml)
- ½ cup whole poppy seeds
- ½ cup oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 mug Cake mix Liana
Filling
- 1 pc Golden cream Liana
- 400 ml of milk
- 3-4 spoons of sugar (or to taste)
- 1 package of mascarpone
Appendices
- 600 g of plums
- 6 spoons of cane sugar
- used sheet 22x32 cm
- 1. Put foil on the baking sheet and sprinkle it with cane sugar. Place the cut plums in half.
- 2. Mix eggs, sugar, milk, oil in a bowl with a whisk. Later, gently mix the poppy seeds and Cake mix.
- 3. Pour the batter over the plums.
- 4. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
- 5. Leave to cool and spread with the filling.
Filling procedure:
1. Cook the Golden Cream according to the instructions on the package.
2. Add mascarpone and domix.
