
Gluten-free waffles
- 250 g cake mix Liana
- 125 g of butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 20 g Liana vanillin sugar
- 2 eggs
- 300-330 ml of milk
- pinch of salt
Next we need

- chocolate-hazelnut spread
- jam or fruit in jelly
- melted chocolate
- whipped cream
- Heat the butter in a water bath. Add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, water, eggs and milk. Mix everything well and add the Cake mix mixture.
- Use a mixer to process the dough into a smooth mass (consistency like cooked hot pudding). The dough is thicker, but easy to work with.
- Heat up the waffle maker, grease it with oil and layer the dough with a large spoon. Bake for about 5-8 minutes.
- We prepare waffles baked in the oven using a silicone waffle mold, which we grease with oil and fill with dough.
- Bake at 170 °C for about 20 minutes.
- Decorate and season according to your own imagination and taste.
A good tip:
We prepare classic waffles by replacing cake mix with plain flour and baking powder.
