
Gluten-free zucchini and pumpkin crackers
- Measuring cup = 250 ml
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 cup grated pumpkin
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 1 cup grated hard cheese
- 2 mugs Universal Mix Liana
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Liana baking powder
- 100 g of butter
- 200 ml of milk
Next we need
- flax and sesame seeds for sprinkling
- We make a crumbly mass from Universal mix, baking powder, salt, chopped softened butter. Add grated pumpkin and zucchini, cheese, oregano, paprika and mix. Add milk and work the dough by hand.
- Shape the crackers with wet hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle seeds on the tray and bake for 15 minutes at 230°C.

Cream dip can be served with the crackers.
