Parisian whipped cream
- 1 bag (30g) Whipped cream delight Liana/powdered whipped cream
- 150 ml of milk
- 1 PL Liana dark cocoa
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Lemon whipped cream
- 1 bag Liana Whipped Delight/powdered whipped cream
- 150 ml of milk
- 1 - 2 PL Liana lemon glaze
- 1 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Orange whipped cream
- 1 bag Liana Whipped Delight/powdered whipped cream
- 100 ml of milk
- 50 ml orange juice
- 1 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Whip the whipped cream in milk and add a spoonful of cocoa to the Parisian whipped cream, a spoonful of lemon glaze or lemon juice to the lemon, and orange juice or orange juice to the orange whipped cream and sweeten with sugar.
A good tip:
We can also make Russian ice cream from whipped cream. Spread the whipped cream between two wafers, freeze and cut.
