
Quick gingerbread
- 300 g semi-coarse flour
- 1 bag Liana gingerbread leavening powder
- 180 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 300 ml milk (sweet, acidophilic or water)
- 3 tablespoons of jam
- 100 ml of oil
- 2 - 3 PL Liana dark cocoa
- to taste, pieces of chocolate, crushed nuts, dried raisins...
- Beat all the ingredients with an electric mixer in a bowl. Pour onto a tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar or spread with jam and cover with melted chocolate.
A good tip:
After whipping, we can mix different variations with a spoon to taste, e.g. pieces of chocolate, crushed nuts, raisins, poppy seeds, coconut...
