Snow lollipops

- 100 g of protein
- 110 g granulated sugar
- 2 bags Liana vanilla sugar
- a few drops of lemon juice
For decoration
- Gel food coloring

- In a bowl, combine egg whites with crystal and vanillin sugar. Beat by hand over the steam with a whisk until the temperature reaches 55-60°C.
- Place in a blender, add a few drops of lemon juice and beat with a whisk until it becomes glossy.
- We color the snow with gel food colors and apply it to the baking sheet using a pastry bag. Paper straws and skewers can be used as lollipop sticks. Decorate with confectionery sprinkles and dry at 80°C for 2 hours.
