Gel food coloring developed according to the latest recipes. For an intense color, it is enough to apply a minimal amount of dye. Thanks to the dropper, dosing is precise and easy.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, glycerin E422, water, coloring: E122, E151, aroma, potassium sorbate E202, acidity regulator: citric acid E330, emulsifier E464. Dye E122 can have a negative effect on activity and attention in children. It is not intended for outdoor use. Store in a dry and cool place. After opening, use within one month.

Use: marzipan - coating material, creamy creams, royal icing, macaroons. Dosage: 0.8g/kg.
