Stabilizer of whipped creams, fillings with raspberry aroma for the preparation of desserts, glasses, desserts and cakes.
Dosage:
100g Stabilizer + 0.250 L lukewarm water + 0.5 L vegetable whipped cream
100g Stabilizer + 0.05 L lukewarm water + 0.5 L animal whipped cream
Instructions for use: Mix the stabilizer in water or milk. Immediately mix into the semi-whipped whipped cream with an electric mixer. Beat until the desired consistency. When using animal whipped cream, we whip it very briefly because of its possible over-whipping. We can sweeten it to taste and add fruit. We immediately use according to the recipe in molds or on the prepared corpus. Let it stabilize in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
