
Gluten-free poppy seeds dumplings
Dough
- 300 g boiled mashed potatoes
- 120 g Universal mix Liana
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg

- We process all the ingredients for the dough by hand in a bowl. We transfer the finished dough to the work mat and divide it into smaller parts.
- We form a long roll from the dough, which we cut into smaller pieces. Shape each piece into a small roll with the palms of your hands (sprinkle with flour so they don't stick).
- Put the dumplings in boiling salted water and after they float to the surface, boil them for another 5 minutes. We take the cooked dumplings into cold water.
- Cover with melted butter, sprinkle with powdered sugar and ground poppy seeds.
