A refreshing fruit cake that will surprise you with the distinct taste of freeze-dried fruit pieces and chocolate, decorated with edible dried flowers.

White cream
- 250 ml of whipping cream
- 500 g of mascarpone
- 800 g of cottage cheese
- powdered sugar to taste
Chocolate cream
- ½ mascarpone cream
- Liana dark cocoa to taste
- Chocolate Liana 70% to taste
- 10 ml of whipping cream
Next we need
- jam to taste
- freeze-dried fruit pieces (strawberries, raspberries, apples and blueberries)
- edible dried flowers
- Whip the whipping cream, add mascarpone, cottage cheese, sugar to taste and beat.
- Take ½ of the white cream and whisk in the cocoa, chocolate and a little whipping cream.
- We remove the top of the bodies and cut them in half.
- Mix freeze-dried raspberry pieces into about ⅓ of the white cream. Spread one white body with jam to taste and apply cream with raspberries. Dust with freeze-dried strawberries and cover with cocoa powder.
- Coat the cocoa body with a layer of chocolate cream, arrange the bananas and cover with chocolate cream. We add the second cocoa body, repeat the filling with chocolate cream and dust with freeze-dried apple pieces.
- Mix ½ white cream with freeze-dried pieces of blueberries and strawberries. Cover the entire cake with a combination of white cream and blueberry-strawberry cream.
- Decorate according to your imagination with edible dried flowers and freeze-dried fruit pieces.
