
Cottage cheese and spelled cake
- 250 g soft cottage cheese
- 200 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 170 g powdered sugar
- 1 pc Vanillin sugar Liana
- 1 pc Cinnamon sugar Liana
- 100 g plain spelled flour
- 200 g semi-coarse flour
- 1 pc Liana baking powder
- 3 spoons of Liana dark cocoa
- 2-3 spoons of rum

1. Beat stiff snow from egg whites.
2. In the second container, beat the egg yolks with sugar, vanilla and cinnamon sugar. Add rum, softened butter, cottage cheese and beat.
3. Add flour mixed with baking powder and finally stiff egg whites.
4. Separate a third of the dough into another container and mix in about 50 ml of cocoa mixed in milk.
5. Add a handful of chocolate granules or chopped chocolate to the white dough.
6. Layer white dough, dark dough and white dough again in a silicone cake mold.
7. Bake at 175°C for 50-60 minutes.
8. After baking, remove from the mold and let cool. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar or cover with chocolate glaze.
A good tip:
We can find out if the cake is baked by inserting a toothpick.
