
Cottage cheese jelly sticks
Cream
- 250 g soft cottage cheese
- 5 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 pc Liana food-grade gelatin
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pc Vanillin sugar Liana
Frosting
- 200 g Chocolate Liana 70%
- 30 g solidified or coconut fat
1. Let the Liana gelatin swell in milk for about 10 minutes.
2. Mix cottage cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, vanilla sugar. Heat the swollen gelatin in a microwave oven or a water bath and stir until it dissolves. Immediately mix with the curd mass.
3. Pour into a bowl with a flat bottom. We put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to harden. Then cut into rectangles and cover in chocolate coating. Let it harden and serve.
