Dough
- 600g plain flour
- 140 g powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 140 g of butter
- 200 ml of milk
- 1 Salt deer salad Liana
Filling
- 1 L of milk
- 10 PL (hilly) coarse flour
- 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 Liana vanillin sugar
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 350 g of butter
- chocolate frosting
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
We make a smooth dough from the ingredients and divide it into approximately 5-6 equal parts. Roll out each dough and bake on the opposite side of the baking sheet.
Boil milk, flour, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir cocoa and chocolate into the still hot pudding. Beat the butter and spoon by spoonfuls carefully mix the cooled pudding into a smooth cream. We paint and gradually fold the individual plates on top of each other and spread the top one thinly and cover it with chocolate coating. Depending on taste, one or two sheets can be coated with jam before applying the filling. Let it stand in a cool place to soften.
