Gluten-free apple pie like grandma's
- 350 g Bakery mix Liana
- 800 g apple
- 100 ml lukewarm water
- 50 g of sugar
- 40 g lard
- 85 g fat
- 2 bags Liana cinnamon sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pc boiled potato (about 100g)
- pinch of salt
Next we need
- Liana rice flour for sprinkling
- fat for greasing the baking sheet
- Clean the apples, grate them roughly and sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar.
- Put the Bakery mix, sugar, softened fat and lard, a pinch of salt, an egg into the food processor and add the finely grated potato. We will make a compact dough.
- Divide the dough into two halves on a floured work surface. Roll out one thinly and put it on a greased baking sheet. Squeeze the apples and spread them on the prepared dough. Cover the apples with the other half of the dough and prick with a fork. The dough is soft, we can divide it in half for easier handling. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
