
Gluten-free cheese buns without leavening
Dough
- 2.5 cups Bread mix white Liana
- 1 cup sour milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 bag Liana baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Filling
- 250 g soft white cheese
- 1 yolk
Next we need
- Liana rice flour for sprinkling
- 1 egg, 1 spoon of oil and 1 spoon of milk for spreading
- sesame seeds for sprinkling

- Pour Bread mix white, baking powder, salt into the food processor and mix. Finally, add oil and sour milk. We work the dough with a hook and move it to a floured work surface.
- We make a loaf from the dough and roll it into a rectangle. We divide it into 10 parts and put a cheese filling on each, which we prepare simply by mixing cheese and yolk. We wrap it in a bun and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with the dough seams down.
- Before baking, brush with a mixture of egg, oil and milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a heated oven at 190°C for about 25 minutes.
