Dough
- 6 PL Cake mix Liana
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 eggs
Filling
- 350 ml of milk
- 200 g of sour cream
- 50 g Liana milk chocolate pudding
- 50 g Chocolate 70% Liana
- 2 bananas
Whipped cream
- 150 ml of milk
- 1 bag (30g) Whipped cream delight Liana/powdered whipped cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- Beat the eggs with sugar until foamy. Lightly mix the cake mix with a spatula and pour the dough into the silicone mold. Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Mix the custard powder in 100 ml of milk and pour it into the remaining condensed milk with chocolate. Let's cook a thick porridge. Allow to cool, stirring occasionally, and stir in the sour cream.
- Cut the dough in half with a sponge cutter. Spread a thin layer of the filling, place sliced bananas on the wheels, spread a larger layer of the filling, cover with the second part of the dough and spread a thin layer of the filling again.
- Prepare the whipped cream according to the instructions on the Whipped Delight package. We can sweeten to taste and spread a thick layer of whipped cream on top of the cake. Let it harden until the next day. Decorate with chocolate, candies or fruit.
A good tip:
If we don't have a cookie cutter, we can use dental floss.
