
Gluten-free chocolate cubes with pieces of strawberries
Dough
- 120 g of butter
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 1 pc Vanillin sugar Liana
- 2 PL Liana Exclusive dark cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 150 g Cake mix Liana
Chocolate frosting
- 100 g chocolate 45% Liana
- 10 g of butter
- 10 g solidified fat

- 200 g strawberry jam, fresh strawberries, Liana white chocolate
1. Add softened butter, 4 egg yolks, 100 g of powdered sugar and vanilla sugar to the mixer. We mix the listed ingredients into a foam.
2. Make snow from egg whites and 100 g of powdered sugar.
3. Mix the cake mix with dark cocoa and mix it into a foam at low speeds.
4. Finally, we mix the snow from the egg whites by hand.
5. Pour the dough onto a tray lined with baking paper (20x30cm) and bake at 170 ° C for about 40 minutes.
6. Place the cooled dough upside down on a tray and peel off the baking paper.
7. Cut in half and spread the bottom part with strawberry jam.
8. Arrange the sliced fresh strawberries, place the second sheet of dough and press down.
9. Melt chocolate , butter and solidified fat over steam.
10. Pour over the cake.
11. Make strips of white chocolate and use a toothpick to draw a pattern.
12. Place fresh, whole strawberries on top of the cake and let it cool.
13. Cut into cubes.
