
Gluten-free crisp apple rolls
- 100 ml of milk
- ½ cube of yeast
- 250 g Bakery mix Liana
- 2.5 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 bag Cinnamon sugar Liana
- 100 ml water
- 1 KL cinnamon
- 3 pieces of apple
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
- 5 tbsp ground nuts
- lime juice
- pinch of salt
Next we need
- Liana rice flour for sprinkling
- egg for brushing
- powdered sugar for sprinkling
- We prepare yeast from lukewarm milk, 1 tbsp of sugar and yeast, which we leave to rise for 10 minutes. Mix the prepared yeast with Bakery mix and a pinch of salt. Add cinnamon sugar, cinnamon, remaining granulated sugar, oil and water. We prepare the dough, which we leave to rise for an hour.
- Clean the apples and grate them coarsely. Place in a saucepan, add lime juice and agave syrup. Simmer for about 5 minutes. After cooling, add ground nuts.
- Roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface and divide into 12 triangles. Cut the wider part and apply a spoonful of filling. From the wider side, roll into the shape of a roll. Place the prepared roasts on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let it rise for about 20 minutes. Brush with beaten egg before baking.
- Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
