Dough
- 150 g Cake mix Liana
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1 pc Liana vanillin sugar
- 1 egg
- 20 g of butter
Filling
- 200 g of butter
- 4 eggs
- 120 g of ground walnuts
- 60 g Cake mix Liana
- 100 g powdered sugar

- 1. Prepare the dough from the listed ingredients.
- 2. Roll out to a thickness of 3 mm and cut out circles.
- 3. Place in molds and place a teaspoon of jam on top.
- 4. Spray the filling over a pastry bag and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
- 5. Turn out the cooled cupcakes and dip them in the chocolate coating. We can decorate.
Filling procedure:
- 1. Beat the softened butter, egg yolks, nuts, sugar, cake mix and mix in stiff egg whites by hand.
- 2. Fill a pastry bag with a straight tip and spray on the cupcakes.
