Gluten-free dessert from Linz

- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs or ground gluten-free cookies
Chocolate frosting
- 150 g chocolate 45% Liana
- 25 g of butter
- 50 ml of milk
1. From the mixture of Cake mix Liana , butter, egg, powdered and vanillin sugar, we make a dough, which we roll out or press on a greased and floured baking sheet. Spread the jam on the dough and spread the prepared 2nd dough on the jam.
2. Prepare the second dough. Mix butter and sugar, gradually add egg yolks, ground nuts, cocoa , grated apples, breadcrumbs or ground biscuits, and finally lightly mix stiff snow from egg whites. Spread the dough on the 1st dough smeared with jam.
3. Flatten the dough and bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
4. The surface of the cake is very soft after baking, so it must cool down properly before we spread jam on it and cover it with chocolate.
