- 1. Beat egg whites with sugar until thick.

- 3. Mix the Cake mix by hand.
- 4. Spread on a sheet (28x38cm) lined with baking paper in a thin layer as evenly as possible.
- 5. Bake at a temperature of 200 ° C for about 10 minutes.

Filling procedure:
