
Gluten-free madlenky
- 2 eggs
- 100 g granulated sugar
- pinch of salt
- 100 g Cake mix Liana
- 1 PL Liana lemon glaze
- 100 g of butter
Next we need
- powdered sugar
- milk
- Beat the eggs with granulated sugar until foamy. Add lemon glaze and butter, gradually whisk in Cake mix Liana. If necessary, we can dilute the dough with 1-2 tablespoons of milk.
- Fill the mold for madeleines 2/3 using a pastry bag. Smooth the surface and bake at 150-160°C for 20 minutes.
- Turn the mold upside down and let it cool.
- At the end, we can sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
A good tip:
Instead of the original mold for ladybugs, we can use a mold for bear paws.
