
Gluten-free pancake from the oven
- 150 g Universal mix Liana
- 100 ml of whipped cream
- 100 ml of milk
- 30 g of butter
- 5 eggs
- pinch of salt
Next we need
- powdered sugar, fruit, chocolate for decoration
1. Heat the oven to 220°C. In a bowl, mix the eggs with a whisk, add milk, cream and beat. Add Universal mix, salt and mix a smooth dough.
2. Put butter in a pan that is suitable for the oven and heat until slightly browned. Pour out the dough and leave it on the stove for 1-2 minutes. Place in a heated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
3. Allow the pancake to cool and sprinkle with sugar before serving. Served with melted chocolate and fruit.
A good tip:
If we don't have a pan that is suitable for the oven, we can use a bowl made of St. John's glass.
