
Gluten-free picnic buns
- 200 g Universal mix Liana
- 200 g kefir milk
- 70 g of cheddar
- 50 ml whole milk
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 bag Liana baking powder
- spring onion
- ground black pepper
- Universal mix Liana for sprinkling the dough
- butter for brushing the buns
- Mix Universal mix Liana with baking powder, salt, ground black pepper, kefir and whole milk. Mix well and finally add finely chopped spring onion and coarsely grated cheese.
- Transfer the prepared compact dough to a floured surface and make a loaf. Roll out to a thickness of approx. 1 cm and cut out circles. Place on a tray lined with baking paper and bake for approx. 12-15 minutes in a heated oven at 200°C. Brush the baked goods immediately with melted butter.
