
Gluten-free pizza strudel
Dough
- 300 g Bread mix white Liana
- 300 ml of water
- 50 g Bakery mix Liana
- 1.5 KL of salt
- 1 KL sugar
- ½ cube of yeast
Filling
- 4-5 tablespoons pureed tomatoes
- 2 KL pizza spices
- 1 tbsp of oregano
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ¼ tsp salt
- 10 slices of ham
- 5 mushrooms
- ½ spicy sausage
- 100 g of hard cheese
Next we need
- egg for brushing
- Liana rice flour for sprinkling
- Prepare yeast by mixing 100 ml of lukewarm water, sugar and yeast. Let it rise for 10 minutes.
- Put Bread mix white Liana, Bakery mix Liana, salt, prepared yeast leaven, remaining water into the food processor and make a compact dough. Let it rise covered for 50-60 minutes.
- We prepare a pizza sauce by combining pureed tomatoes, crushed garlic, pizza pepper, oregano and salt.
- Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm, spread it with the prepared sauce, place the ham, sliced sausage and mushrooms. Sprinkle with coarsely grated cheese and roll into a roll.
- Place on a tray lined with baking paper, brush with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 35 minutes.
