
Gluten-free princess cuts
Dough
- 5 egg whites (size L)
- pinch of salt
- 1 pc Golden cream Liana
- 1 spoon Universal mix Liana
- 5 spoons of granulated sugar
- 3 spoons of oil
Cream
- 6.5 dcl milk
- 5 egg yolks (size L)
- 2 pcs Golden cream Liana
- 120 g or powdered sugar to taste
- 40g Liana vanillin sugar
- 100 g vegetable fat
- 1 pc (30g) Whipped cream delight Liana/powdered whipped cream
- 100 ml of milk
- 2-3 bananas

- white chocolate or white chocolate shavings for decoration

1. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until foamy. Then add sugar and beat until stiff. Mix golden cream, Universal mix and oil by hand.
2. Line the tray with baking paper and pour the dough. Bake in a heated oven at 160°C for 20-25 minutes.
3. After baking, turn the dough onto the second paper and carefully pull it off from the bottom. Let it cool down. Cut the cooled dough lengthwise into 3 equal parts.
4. Prepare a thick cream from milk, golden cream and egg yolks, which we leave to cool. We can cover with food foil so that a crust does not form. Beat the vegetable fat with sugar and gradually beat in the cooled cream. Whip the Whipped Delight in milk and combine with the cream.
5. Spread the cream on the first sheet of dough, place the bananas cut into circles and place the second sheet and repeat the procedure. Cover with the last sheet, spread the cream on the sides as well and decorate with chocolate.
