Gluten-free salty braid
Dough
- 350 g Bread mix white Liana
- 200 ml of milk
- 100 ml water
- 60 g of oil
- ½ cube of yeast
- 1 KL sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Carrot filling
- 2 carrots
- 1 KL oil
Cheese filling
- 150 g of cottage cheese
- a handful of spinach leaves
Meat filling
- 150 g minced meat
- ½ onion
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 eggs
Next we need
- Liana rice flour for sprinkling
- sunflower and sesame seeds and poppy seeds for sprinkling
- We prepare a leaven from 100 ml of warm milk, sugar and yeast, which we let rise for 10 minutes. Put all the ingredients for the dough together with the leavened leaven from the yeast into the food processor and make the dough. Let the covered dough rise for about 45 minutes.
- While the dough rises, prepare the fillings. Sauté finely grated carrots in oil and let cool. Mix cottage cheese with finely chopped spinach leaves in a bowl. For the meat filling, first sauté the chopped onion, add the meat, salt and pepper to taste and simmer. Let it cool down.
- Mix two eggs in a bowl with a fork, set aside a little for brushing the finished braid and divide the rest evenly into each filling. About 2 tablespoons of beaten egg into each filling.
- On a floured board, make a loaf out of the leavened dough and divide it into three equal parts. We roll out a sheet from each part and coat each with a different filling. We roll it up like a roll, braid it and put it in a bishop's sandwich mold lined with baking paper. Let it rise for 20 minutes.
- Before baking, brush with the reserved beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds and seeds. Bake in an oven heated to 200°C for about 45 minutes.
