
Gluten-free sourdough wholemeal bread without yeast
- 200 g Bread mix dark Liana
- 200 g Bread mix white Liana
- 1 and ½ tsp salt
- 1 KL ground cumin
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons rice yeast
- 400 ml warm water
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
Next we need
- oil and water 11
- flax seeds
- sunflower seeds
- Bread mix dark, bread mix white, salt, ground cumin, rice yeast, flax seeds and warm water. Mix with a mixer with kneading whisks. While mixing, add oil and sunflower seeds.
- Transfer to a greased form. Brush with oil, cover and leave to rise for 8-12 hours.
- Before baking, brush with a mixture of water and oil and sprinkle with seeds. Bake for 20 minutes at 250°C, then reduce the temperature to 200°C and bake for another 30 minutes.
- Spray the hot bread with water, remove it from the mold and let it cool.
