Gluten-free strawberry cheesecake

1. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and milk. Press into the bottom of a cake tin lined with baking paper. Put in the refrigerator.
2. Whip the whipped cream delight and strawberry whipped cream stabilizer in milk, add soft cottage cheese, powdered sugar and swollen, melted gelatin in milk. We can cut pieces of strawberries into the filling. Arrange the sliced strawberries around the cake mold and pour the strawberry filling. Put in the fridge.
3. Mix the strawberry whipped cream stabilizer in water. Heat the chocolate and cream until the chocolate melts. Immediately pour the prepared stabilizer with water. Mix and strain through a sieve. Pour over the hardened cheesecake. We refrigerate until the next day. We decorate according to fantasy, e.g. strawberries and strawberry shavings.
