
Gluten-free strawberry cut
Dough
- 4 eggs
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 180 g Cake mix Liana
- 1 PL water
- 100 ml of oil
Filling
- 250 g of butter
- 400 ml of milk
- 40 g Strawberry pudding Liana 1 kg
- 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 10 fresh strawberries

- fresh strawberries for decoration
1. Mix egg yolks with sugar in a mixer until foamy. Add oil, water and mix for another 10 minutes.
2. Add the cake mix to the yolk foam by hand and finally stiff egg whites.
3. Pour the dough onto a tray (23x33cm) lined with baking paper.
4. Bake at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
5. Place the baked sheet upside down on a tray and peel off the baking paper.
6. Spread the cooled dough with the filling and make waves with a decorating plate.
7. Arrange the strawberries.
8. Allow to cool and cut with a sharp knife.
Filling procedure:
1. Put milk, pudding , sugar, chopped strawberries in a pot and boil it to a pulp.
2. Let cool.
3. Put half of the cooked pudding and half of the butter into the mixer. Mix, then gradually add the remaining butter and pudding.
