
Gluten-free walnut hunting buttons
Dough
- 180 g Cake mix Liana
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1 pc Liana vanillin sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pc yolks
- 40 g vegetable fat
Nut filling
- 2 egg whites
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 100 g ground walnuts

1. Mix the ingredients for the dough in a bowl. Wrap in food foil and let it sit in the fridge for 1 hour.
2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm and cut out circles.
3. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
4. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form in a bowl, add sugar and mix over steam for approx. 5 minutes.
5. Let stand, mix in nuts and fill a bag with a smooth tip. Apply to the cut-out circles and decorate the top with a walnut.
6. Bake in a fan oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.
