Dough
- 120 g Cake mix Liana
- 210 g powdered sugar
- 210 g vegetable fat/butter
- 210 g of walnuts
- 5 egg whites
Yolk frosting
- 5 yolks
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 20g Liana vanillin sugar
Sheet size
- 24x36 cm
- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Beat powdered sugar and softened butter. Mix the nuts, cake mix and egg whites lightly by hand.
- Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or a greased and lined baking sheet. Bake at 175°C for 25-30 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the topping. Beat the egg yolks with powdered and vanillin sugar. Immediately pour the glaze over the baked, still hot dough and let it cool.
