Popular Linnaeus cakes with yogurt dough!

- 500 g plain flour
- 250 g of butter
- 100 ml of white yogurt
- 2 bags Liana vanillin sugar
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- jam for sticking
- powdered sugar for sprinkling
- Mix sifted flour, powdered sugar and vanillin in a bowl. Add chopped butter and yogurt. We make a uniform dough and form a loaf. Wrap the dough in foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
- We roll out the dough thinner and cut out shapes, which we place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
- We glue the baked cookies with jam to taste and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
A good tip:
The baking time depends on the thickness of the dough and the size of the cookies.
Good tip 2:
We can use strawberry jam or cherry jam for sticking.
