Dough
- 300 g boiled mashed potatoes
- 120 g Universal mix Liana (or as needed)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg (can be omitted in case of intolerance)
- plums
- plum jam for filling pitted plums
Appendices
- Universal mix Liana for sprinkling

- Liana cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar for sprinkling (or poppy seeds, nuts, toasted breadcrumbs)
→ You can make 8 large balls or 12 smaller ones from this batch, depending on which size you prefer.
1. Make a non-sticky dough from mashed potatoes, Universal mix Liana, salt and egg.
2. On a floured work surface, roll out the dough into a sheet. Cut into squares, put a pitted plum into each square, fill with plum jam, wrap and shape into a ball with your palms.
3. Cook in boiling salted water. After the balls float to the surface, let them cook for another 5 minutes and take them out into cold water.
4. Cover with fried butter and sprinkle with powdered and cinnamon sugar. We serve it still warm.
