Planifolia Bourbon vanilla is characterized by its strong and balanced aroma with delicious notes of chocolate, fruit and caramel. It perfectly perfumes all dishes in which vanilla is used.

Processing: The actual processing of the vanilla pod is simple: cut the pod in half lengthwise and use a knife (preferably the blunt side) to scrape out the pulp and seeds.

Storage: Store vanilla pods in a dry place at a temperature of up to 15°C and a humidity of 70%. Do not store in the refrigerator. When stored properly at home, they have a minimum shelf life of about 12 months, but should last longer.

Warning: If white oblong crystals precipitate on the body of the pod, this is vanillin and a sign of the quality of the product. If the vanilla pods dry out over time, we can briefly immerse them in warm water before use to soften the pods again. When handling the pod, do not touch the pod with your fingers without disinfecting it with alcohol.
