Cocoa dough
- 5 eggs
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 4 PL Cake mix Liana
- 2 PL Liana Exclusive dark cocoa
- 80 g of ground walnuts
Baked dough
- 120 g Cake mix Liana
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g water
- 4 eggs
Filling
- 600 ml of milk
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 2 units Liana vanilla sugar
- 130 g Cake mix Liana
- 300 g of butter
- 1. First, we bake the cocoa dough. Mix egg whites with sugar for about 5 minutes. Then add the yolk one by one and mix for 10 minutes.
- 2. Reduce the speed to 1 degree and add Cake mix mixed with dark cocoa and nuts.
- 3. Pour the gently mixed dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 4. Bake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
- 5. Leave the baked dough on the baking paper. Cut off the top so that the finished cake does not separate.
- 6. Bake the puff pastry. Bring the butter and water to a boil in a saucepan and gradually add the cake mix. Stir until the dough separates from the pot and let it cool.
- 7. Beat in the eggs one at a time until the dough is pliable.
- 8. Divide the dough in half and spread each part on baking paper the size of a baking sheet.
- 9. Place on the opposite side of the baking sheet and sprinkle with water.
- 10. Bake at 220 ° C for about 15 minutes.
- 11. The dough will be baked in the shape of giant mountains, but do not try to flatten it, otherwise it will crack.
- 12. Spread the cooled dough with half of the filling (also on the mounds so that the filling is evenly spread over the dough).
- 13. Then we place the cocoa dough on it and remove the paper from it.
- 14. Spread it with the remaining half of the filling and add the other half of the puff pastry.
- 15. Add sugar and let cool.
- 16. Cut into squares.
Filling procedure:
- 1. Mix milk, sugar and cake mix well and boil to a paste.
- 2. Allow to cool, add butter and mix until frothy.
