
Gluten-free apple roulade
Dough
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 PL Cake mix Liana
- 3 PL Universal mix Liana
Filling
- 5-6 large apples
- 2 bags Liana cinnamon sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 bag Golden cream Liana
- Clean the apples and grate them coarsely. We squeeze out the excess juice and mix it with cinnamon sugar, a spoonful of granulated sugar and Golden Cream. Line the tray with baking paper and spread the prepared apples.
- Beat stiff snow from egg whites and 5 spoons of sugar. Gradually whisk in the egg yolks and oil on the lowest setting. Gently mix in Cake and Universal mix with a wooden spoon. Pour the batter over the apples and bake in a heated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Flip the baked cake onto a damp towel (the dough is on the bottom and the apples on top). Remove the baking paper and roll up. Let it cool down.
- You can sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
A good tip:
We do not spread the apples all over the sheet, but about 3 cm from the edge, so that the apples do not leak out when rolled.
