
Gluten-free cheese biscuits
- 170 g Universal mix Liana
- 100 g grated cheese
- 130 g of butter
- ¼ tsp salt

Next we need
- Universal mix Liana for sprinkling the worktop
- egg yolk and a spoonful of lukewarm water for coating the biscuits
- flax, sesame seeds and poppy seeds for sprinkling cookies
- Cut the softened butter into cubes, add Universal mix and salt. In the food processor, we make a crumbly dough with the help of a hook. Later, we add the other ingredients and make a compact dough, which we wrap in foil and leave to rest in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
- Sprinkle the worktop with Universal mix, roll out a sheet 0.3-0.4 cm thick and cut out circles, which we place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Brush the biscuits with a beaten egg yolk and a spoonful of water and sprinkle with seeds or poppy seeds. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
