Dough
- 150 g Cake mix Liana
- 20-30 g softened butter
- 1 egg
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 20 g Liana vanillin sugar
Egg white frosting
- 2 egg whites
- pinch of salt
- 140 g powdered sugar
Next we need
- Liana rice flour
- walnuts
- jam
- We prepare the cake mix, sugar, egg and butter by hand.
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Gradually add sugar.
- Roll out the dough on a work surface sprinkled with rice flour. Cover with egg white glaze, let stand for 15-30 minutes and cut into bars. The easiest slicing is with a hot disc.
- Transfer to a tray lined with baking paper. Decorate half of the sticks with walnuts.
- Bake at 170°C for 10-12 minutes. Let it cool on the baking sheet.
- We connect the decorated stick with the clean stick with jam.
