
Gluten-free farm buns
- 300 ml of milk
- 1 KL granulated sugar
- 20 g of yeast
- 350 g Bread mix white Liana
- 1 tsp salt
- 10 g of oil
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp of oregano
Next we need
- Liana rice flour for sprinkling
- ham, bacon, salami for lining
- cheese for sprinkling
- We prepare yeast from 100 ml of lukewarm milk, sugar and yeast, which we leave to rise for 10 minutes.
- Combine Bread mix white, salt, prepared yeast, remaining milk, oil in a food processor and make a dough. Let the covered dough rise for about an hour.
- Divide the dough into 7 parts on a floured work surface. We will make a bun from each, which we will place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let it rise for about 20 minutes.
- Mix oregano with ketchup, spread the buns and place ham, salami, bacon and cheese on them.
- Bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes.
